By purchasing modification kits or tools from Moddern Castle, you agree to the following:

• You accept full responsibility for installation and use.

• CastleMania Games and Moddern Castle are not liable for any damages resulting from misuse or incorrect installation.

• If you are unsure of your ability to install a product properly, you agree to seek professional help.
   

SECTION B - WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

• You acknowledge that installation or use of our products may void your console's original manufacturer warranty.

• CastleMania Games and Moddern Castle make no claims regarding compatibility with or endorsement by Nintendo, Sony, SEGA, or any other manufacturer.
   

SECTION C - LEGAL COMPLIANCE

• You explicitly agree that you will NOT use our products to:

• IMPORTANT DISTINCTION: While some modification products in the general market may enable copyright circumvention, Moddern Castle products are specifically designed to enhance hardware functionality while maintaining original software operation. We do not sell, support, or condone products designed primarily for piracy. Misuse of our products in violation of these terms will result in:

  • Order cancellation without refund

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Potential legal action

 

SECTION D - RETURN POLICY EXTENSION

• Items that have been installed, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and are subject to our inspection.

• We reserve the right to deny returns for products that do not meet our return criteria.
   

SECTION E - CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

• You agree not to file chargebacks without first contacting our support team to resolve any issues.

• Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal recovery of disputed amounts.

• Any data loss, voided warranties, or hardware malfunctions resulting from the installation of our products.

• Any legal consequences resulting from the misuse or illegal use of our products.
   

SECTION G - CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By checking the required boxes at checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you:

• Understand the risks associated with the use of mod kits and technical products.

• Accept full responsibility for the handling, installation, and usage of the purchased items.

• Have read and agree to our full Terms of Service, Return Policy, and all disclaimers presented.
